THEN, FOR THAT AMOUNT THAT IS SERVED, STUDENTS SHOULD WRITE DOWN
THE TOTAL CALORIES IN THAT ITEM, FAT GRAMS AND SUGAR GRAMS. THIS
INFORMATION IS CHOSEN TO HIGHLIGHT FROM THE NUTRITIONAL
INFORMATION BECAUSE FAT AND SUGAR ARE TYPICALLY HIGH IN FAST FOOD
ITEMS TO MAKE THEM MORE PALATABLE.
AFTER THE MAIN DISH, SIDE DISH AND DRINK NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
IS WRITTEN DOWN, THE STUDENTS SHOULD TOTAL ALL OF THESE AND WRITE
IT IN THE MEAL TOTALS SECTION.
STUDENTS SHOULD THEN TOTAL THE NEW MEAL CALORIES, FAT AND SUGAR
AND THEN COMPARE THE TWO MEALS TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE (1ST MEAL -
NEW MEAL = DIFFERENCE).
