1. What are your thoughts about Outcome-Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL)?
- My thoughts about OBTL is that this strategy is beneficial in both teachers and students why?
because it gives pupils the opportunity to learn beyond the conventional bounds. This pedagogical
approach emphasizes flexibility, scalability, and customization, with educators and students acting as
collaborators to accomplish shared objectives.
