In response to the letter C-CPECC-AGPA-5324-1300 dated 25th February 2022, CONTRACTOR to

note that the list of HSE personnel have been carefully reviewed, assessed, and meets the minimum
competency criteria for various HSE position for Habshan-5 Debottlenecking for Associated Gas
Project.
CONTRACTOR is reminded that shall not relocate, remove, or replace any of their COMPANY
approved HSE personnel without obtaining written concurrence, and subject to providing
documentary evidence and justification. Further CONTRACTOR shall ensure proper HSE officer
coverage in brown & Green field.
Kindly refer to the attached list of verified personnel.
