1. Before you start
Gather the following informations :
o a valid email address (mandatory)
o your academic background
o your professional experiences

Your application must be made online :


o creating your file (entering your personal data)
o submit your applications (choice of courses and submit supporting documents)I

2. To create an account
Change the default language by first clicking on the flag and then clicking on « create account »

Enter the requested data

Then connect to your personal e-mail address to validate your account with the link sent to you.
Otherwise, you will not be able to continue and finalize your file.
If you do not have any mail in your inbox, look in your junk mail.
If you want to resend the activation link, click on:
You have 5 days to validate your account. After this date, your account will be deleted. You will have to recreate it if you
wish to apply.

3. To reconnect to your account
You can return to your eCandidate account at any time with your login details sent by email.

If you have forgotten your username and password, please log in to eCandidate and click on
Enter the email address you have entered in your account. An email will then be sent to you with your login and password.

4. Entering file information


Once your account has been validated, log in with the login
& password sent to you by email.
Enter the data in each of the fields. The requested
information must be filled in.

The fields preceded by * are mandatory fields.

D. Academic curriculum
Fill in all the courses you attended after your high school diploma.

For the field training you must select a degree in the drop-down menu:

BAC + NUMBER means your level of education after your high school degree. For example
BAC + 3 means a bachelor degree, BAC + 5 means a master ou engineering degree, BAC + 8
means a PHD.

5. Online submission of your applications


Once you have complete all the fields you must apply.

Click on and select the course you wish to apply

A. When to apply ?
You can only apply during the application campaign, before or
after, it is impossible to apply.
Select your course and confirm your choice of course.
For each application for a course, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail.

B. Open your applications
To manage your applications, double-click on the course or select it and choose “Open”.

C. Cancel an application
You can cancel your application until the administrator of your file has not processed it.
To do this, open the application and click on

Consult this information when available.

E. Submission of supporting documents

The list of supporting documents to be submitted is on the summary of your application.


You may submit your supporting documents in PDF and JPEG format, not exceeding 2 MB per
document:
o to add a document, click on the button
o to delete a document, click on the button
o some supporting documents contain a PDF document to be completed and re-submitted.
Download it via the button and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader; complete it, follow
the instructions if necessary, save the file and upload it.
o Non-mandatory supporting document: you may not be concerned by certain supporting
documents, you can then either add the document or click on the button

Once you have submitted all the supporting documents and checked your file, click on the button

You will then receive an e-mail acknowledging that your file has been received.

6. Follow-up of applications
The administrative follow-up of your application (Status of
the file) and the pedagogical decisions (Decision) are
visible in the upper part of your open application.

As soon as your application has been sent, the status of the


file becomes "received".

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as a decision is issued for your application.

7. Confirm your application

In case of a positive result for your application, you must confirm this result by clicking on the button

Please note that this authorization is only valid for the academic year indicated.

If you decide to withdraw , no other registration will be offered.
