Requirements:

#1. Quality Mobile/Residential Socks5 (Mobile is BEST.)


#2. Windows OS on whatever rdp/pc OR burner android.
#3. Fullz Information // The more the merrior.
#4. Photoshopper / Photoshop skills. (DEPENDING...)
#5. Bluestacks Android Emulator OR Burner Phone
#6. Proxifier / Proxy Application
#7. VOIP Phone Account (GVOICE, ETC.)
#8. Email Account
#9. OBS Virtual Camera (DEPENDING...)

Notice: You will need to use the bluestacks VM option if the bank you are opening wants live
pics of id etc.

#1. Download bluestacks android emulator. Skip this if you have a burner android.

#2. Download proxifier or any other proxy software that allows you to route an entire
application through socks5 proxy.

#3. Find mobile/resi socks5 in the SAME zip or SAME city as the fvllz info.

#4. Download the app for whichever bank you're opening.

#5. Setup the socks5 proxy with proxifier to proxify bluestacks if you're using it, or to proxify
the android banking app if you're using a burner directly.

#6. Turn off ALL gps on the bluestacks / android burner.

#7. Register a gmail/outlook email as well as a voip phone number (gvoice works) in the
name of the fvllz info. You can also buy this...

#8. Once you have the phone number and email in the name of the fullz, go to the android
banking app.

#9. Go to register/open a debit account with debit card and punch in all the information. For
email and phone provide the ones you just made. For ssn, address, dob, name, etc provide
the fvllz info.

#10. It depends on the bank, but it will likely send an otp to the phone number. Get the otp
and punch it in.

#11. At this point, depending on the bank you will receive a couple responses.
A: Your account has been opened and a debit card will be sent to the specified address.

B: Please take a photo of the front and back of your ID / selfie picture to proceed.

#12. If the account has been opened successfully, move straight to step #18, otherwise
proceed with the next steps.

#13. At this point, we'll need to get some photoshopped pics of ID with fvllz information, or
selfie with fvllz information. The DL number does NOT matter and the face of the person does
NOT matter. The ID MUST scan. Just tell your photoshopper its for an openup.

#14. Once you have the picture(s), setup OBS virtual camera and select the photo. You can
look up how to do this on youtube.

#15. Go back to bluestacks and search for a "Devices" tab. Click the tab and then go to the
camera option. From there select OBS virtual camera.

#16. Close the android banking app and then open it again. Take the "live" photos of the obs
virtual camera and switch the pictures inside of obs based on what the app wants.

#17. Once done submitting these, it should all be verified and account should be opened up
within about 5 minute. If they want "proof of residency", have your photoshopper make an
electric bill or some shit. I'm not covering that in this tuto.

#18. Once your bank is opened, wait 24 hours and then contact the bank. Tell them you
accidentally input your OLD address and you no longer live there. Tell them you need the
debit card sent to your new address.

#19. Provide them your drop address and se them. You need to pretend to be fvllz info
person.

#20. They should say its all good and that they'll redirect the debit.

At this point you're good to go! If the app provides one of those "virtual" debits BEFORE you
activate the physical card, you can just send the physical to any address in the USA and
never activate it. From there you can use the virtual debit for all spending.
