    FEEDBACK ON TEACHER’S GOOD PRACTICES

    My mentor, my partner in the academe, NAME_____ demonstrated a high


    level of professionalism and dedication to the teaching profession. She worked collabora-
    tively with all the teaching staffs, parents, and pupils. She was always open, flexible, and
    adaptable and respectful. She demonstrated excellent practice as seen on her performance.
    During LAC Session, she was able to realistically look at the strengths and weaknesses of
    teachers and took feedback well, applying new ideas and suggestions to enhance personal and
    professional growth as a teacher.
    She also attended to all responsibility placed upon her. She arrived at school
    on time to allow ample time for preparation of lesson and visual aids.
    She also created an atmosphere of mutual respect and caring attitude in the
    classroom by treating all pupils with respect and care. Her warmth personality, friendly dis-
    position and genuine interest in the welfare of the pupils enabled her to develop rapport with
    all pupils.

    As a co-teacher and one of the mentees of NAME OF TEACHER,I can say that
    she is a well-rounded, competent and dependable teacher and a colleague. She is in-
    deed a great teacher. She always reminds us to accomplish the task she’s giving to us
    and not only that, she always makes sure that we can communicate to her easily.
