INTRODUCTION
Ours is a company that provides total welding solution to the engineering industry. The
seed was sown by its founder and the tree now you see is being nurtured by our M.D.
Mr. Jai Gopal Mehta & Director Mr. Mayur Mehta. Our dealers and our valuable customers
are proud to be part of family.
Our valves, Regulators, Cutting and H.P. Welding blow pipe need no introduction. As
Products are rugged and ensure high quality backed by long experience of its founder Late
Shri Krishan Lal Mehta since 1960 as far as quality concerned we maintain very high quality.
Our products are very much admired in the domestic field as well as other countries.
Since we are manufacturing all the components ourselves, and have all the testing facilities
in house to ensure good quality to meet the rough and tough use in the field or industry.
Countless valves, Regulators, Cutting & HP Welding Blow Pipes are in service for a variety
of application in and around the world. We serve not only industry but our products find
application in Refrigerant industry, Hospitals (Where Oxygen & N2O cylinders are used),
Fire Fighting, Defense, Railways, Aviation industry, Ballooning (Hydrogen, Helium) and
many more uses.
is an ISO 9001 : 2000 certified company and our valves are CCOE (Chief Conroller
of Explosives) and BIS approved. We also manufacture approved Cutting blow pipes,
nozzles and regulators.
We have strong R & D section backed by highly qualified Engineers and motivated staff.
To excel in growth our experts work continuously to upgrade quality of our products and
to add new products to serve our esteemed cutomers better and better

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT WING
All components of valves, regulators, cutting blow pipes, high pressure welding blow
pipes are designed & developed under the supervision of our M. D. and our engineers
Components of valve, regulators, cutting and Welding blow pipes are tightened pneumatically
to avoid under/over tightening on the set torque.
Raw Materials are procured from best national & international suppliers. All types of raw
materials are inspected in house for physical properties and we get chemical analysis done
from BIS approved &NABL accredited lab.

WELDING RUBBER HOSE PIPE
welding hoses are designed for working pressure net 12.75 Kgf/cm2.
• A rubber inner tube is manufactured in black colour having uniform and smooth bore.
• A reinforcement of natural of synthetic fire is applied by braiding.
• A rubber cover of Red/Blue colour is applied over the braided tube with smooth finish.
• At every stage of manufacturing hose is tested for dimensions and inspected visually for
any manufacturing defect.
• A finished hose is rigidly tested by our laboratory engineers to meet the requirement of
IS-447-1988 viz. tensile strength, elongation, ageing test, hydro-static pressure, burst
pressure, working pressure, proof pressure and adhesion test.
Our welding rubber hose pipes are available for oxygen & acetylene purposes.
