    Clean around the filler (1), drain (2) and oil level plugs (3)

    Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the gear box.

    Remove the filler and oil level plug.

    Install the drain plug to the gearbox.

    Tightening torque

    Gearbox, drain 1. Plug, metal


    plug
    60 ± 10 Nm

    2. Plug, plastic

    27 ± 3 Nm

    Special tools: 88890148

    1. Gearbox housing
    2. Lower side of the tapped hole for plug
    3. O-ring
    4. Oil level plug

    A Tolerance 0 – 3 mm

    B Oil level

    Fill the oil from the filler plug until it reaches the edge of the oil level hole.

    Note: If the filler plug is not accessible, fill the oil through the oil level plug.

    Install the filler and oil level plug. If filler plug or the drain plug has a seal washer, change the seal washer.
