Services Offered
The following are the services offered at Ohaegbulam Tech Central and a description:
2. WiMax: WiMax internet service provides robust wireless connectivity, offering high-
speed internet access over long distances. With its wide coverage range and
reliability, WiMAX enables users to stay connected in remote areas where traditional
wired infrastructure may not be available. It is suitable for business with branches
stretching across the island. with download speeds of up to 45 mbps and upload
speeds of 75 mbps. The price is $150 XCD/month. Home and NPO users get a
discount.

Customer Groups
The following are the primary customer groups with which we supply our services:
Business: OTC has 5 Businesses using its services. Consisting of family companies and large
conglomerates, they tend to use the Fiber or 5G Plan and provide a total of $13,500 XCD
gross revenue annually to Ohaegbulam’s Tech Company.
Homes: Consists of approximately 6 families and individuals, they prefer the 4G LTE Plan,
and provide a total of $12,600 XCD gross revenue annually to Ohaegbulam’s Tech
Company.
Non-profit Organizations (NPOs): Only 6 total NPOs currently utilize Ohaegbulam’s Tech
Central as an ISP, as our organization only recently opened to them. They tend to opt for the
WiMAX package and bring in a total of $10,800 XCD annually to OTC.

Customer Statistics
Most Common Customer Group: HOMES; Ohaegbulam’s Tech Central was opened to
cater to the internet needs of Homes in Antigua and Barbuda as a result today we have almost
7 homes using our services.
Popular Service Types: The most popular service type offered at OTC is 4G, as it has 5
concurrent users. It is our service with the best value; it consists of only Home and NPO
users. WiMax and Fiber are also quite popular among users as they both have 4 concurrent
users.

Finances
Service Type Gross Revenue The following is our projected revenue this year,
per annum based on the current customer base:
WiMax $7,200 XCD
5G $9,000 XCD
4G LTE $10,500 XCD
Fiber $9,600 XCD
TOTAL $36,300 XCD
Collecting Outstanding Amounts: Initially this proved to be a major issue for us at the OTC
as many of our Home customers were unable to pay their outstanding fees for their internet
service. To combat this, we imposed strict deadlines which saw connection being cut on the
2nd of every month if fees were still outstanding. Additionally, the OTC now requires a
payment slip as a prerequisite before internet routers are installed.
