It enables users to start processes on one device and continue on another. SAP has developed Fiori apps using the UI5 framework. To assign a role to a user in Fiori, one accesses the roles library to find the appropriate business role, assigns it to the user in the backend system, and then the user will see the relevant apps upon logging into Fiori.

S/4Hana Fiori App Demonstration & Assign a Role to User

SAP Fiori is a new user experience (UX) for SAP software and applications. It
provides a set of applications that are used in regular business functions like
work approvals, financial apps, calculation apps and various self-service apps.
SAP Fiori provides all business roles in real time on compatible hand devices. It
offers business roles on easy to use functions, simple with unmatched
responsiveness on desktop, smartphones and Tablets.
SAP Fiori enables multiple device applications that allow users to start a
process on their desktop/laptops and to continue that process on a
smartphone or on a tablet. SAP has developed Fiori Apps based on User
interface UI5.

 Just Go to the Login Screen of S4Hana.

 Enter the ID & Password

 SAP GUI screen opens with the SAP Fiori Launchpad.


 Double click on SAP Fiori Launchpad. Below screen opens.

 Click on Allow. Below screen of Fiori Opens. Enter the ID & Password.

 Most of the times this URL given for Login directly.

 Basic screen of Fiori App will be opened.


 So here no any Role Assigned to this user here. As per the requirement
of organization we need to assign the Role to user.
 Go to GUI Screen again & Enter T-Code: - SU01 in command field.

 Click on Execute.

 Enter your User Name here & click on Display or Edit.

 Here no any Role Assign to this user. We need to Assign a role to this
user as per requirement.
 Just Go to the Chrome & Enter in Search Bar Fiori Apps Library below
screen opens.

Opens.
 Click on all apps for S/4HANA.

 Click on by Roles as above shown.

 Enter the Required Role in Search bar as per requirement & Select the
app as above shown.
 Click on Implementation Information under that select Configuration.

 Take Drop down it will show us the Business Roles for that specific Role
Just copy this Business Role & assign to specific user as per requirement.
 SAP_BR_CENTRAL_PURCHASER
 SAP_BR_OPERATION_CLERK_ACM
 SAP_BR_PURCHASER
 SAP_BR_SETTLEMENT_CLERK_ACM

 Go to the SAP GUI screen again Enter T-Code: - SU01


 Enter the User Name which you need to assign the Business Role.

 Click on Change Option as above shown.

 Under the Role you need to Copy all the Business Role as above shown
& Enter the Start & End Date here & Click on Save.
 As per role Assignment it will show us a Fiori App in Login Pad.
 Again Go & Login to S4Hana Fiori Launch Pad.

 As per the Role Assignment to User all the Apps will be displayed here as
above shown.
 So like this we can assign the Business role to any user here.

 Just Click on the Tile of Fiori App [Create Purchase Order Advance]
So it will be directly rotate to the screen of Creating Purchase Order.

 There is no need to enter the T-Code here need.

 Just Click in Search Bar Which Transaction you needed as above shown.
It will give you option & select from the option.
 It will be directly rotate in to the screen of that transaction as below
shown.

 Now we can use this Screen for Goods Receipt here.
 Like this we can assign the Specific role to the user only as per
requirement in S4Hana Fiori Apps.
 For All Module we can do the Same Procedure for Assignment of
Business Role.

 As above shown we can Edit our Home Page here as per requirement.
 Also we have the option of Recent Activities & Frequently Used
 Also we can find the App here by using App Finder.
