Deviation and Grade Table

The document provides tables of fundamental tolerances and deviations for various grades and diameters of shafts. Table 15.1 lists tolerance grades from 01 to 16 in microns for diameters ranging from 3 to 500mm or more in steps. Table 15.2 gives the fundamental deviations in microns for various shaft types from a to zc for diameters up to 500mm. The tolerances and deviations get larger as the diameter increases and grade number decreases.
