make an endorsement product that they choose, and each group will
choose 2 representative to present their product.

INFORMATIVE WRITING
 Informative writing educates the readers by imparting straightforward

information, facts, and details on a certain topic.
 Informative writing is to give the reader, detailed, and proper

information about a topic.
 The writer is like a reporter at a newspaper: only there to states facts,

not to offer any sort of opinion.
Informative writing can come in many forms;
Example;
( Essays, newspapers, textbooks, and scholarly journals )
PARTS OF AN INFORMATIVE ESSAY
1. INTRODUCTION
1ST Paragraph
F. Abstraction
- Introduce the topic.
- Then, write a thesis statement that contains all the main ideas you
want to write about.
2. BODY
2nd Paragraph
- Write your 1st Main idea sentence, begin with: First.
- Then write the details, use text evidence to prove your point.
3rd Paragraph
- Write your 2nd Main idea sentence, begin with: In addition.
- Then write the details, use the text evidence to prove your point.
3. CONCLUSION
- Restate the Thesis Statement. Begin with: In conclusion.
- Wrap up the essay.
CHARACTERISTICS of Informative writing;

 All informational writing should be concise.
 Accurate.
 Should have a formal/ professional tone.
