o JCC may want to gather unstructured data or big data in the future in order to better
understand its customers. This data could include information on customer
demographics, customer preferences, and customer behavior. This data would help
JCC to better understand its customers and to tailor its products and services to meet
their needs. In order to gather this data, JCC could use a variety of methods, such as
customer surveys, focus groups, and customer data analytics. This data would be
valuable in helping JCC to understand its customers and to better meet their needs.
