    1. Project Details
    This proposal shall legally bind Squid Cast Studios (“The Studio”) and [Energy Coyote] (“The Sponsor”).
    Should The Sponsor accept the terms of this proposal, The Sponsor agrees to provide financial assistance to
    The Studio to produce its upcoming film.

    2. Deposit Required
    In addition to the chosen Sponsorship Package, The Sponsor shall pay a non-refundable deposit fee of
    $100.00 upon signing the corresponding sponsorship agreement. This deposit fee shall cover any legal
    expenses incurred by The Studio in connection with the sponsorship.
