1.0 Introduction
Malaysia Milk Sendirian Berhad is a significant dairy and beverage company in Malaysia that
was founded in 1969. This firm's main goal is to offer a line of high-quality goods made by Malaysia
Dairy Industries Private Limited, a Singaporean company. Manufacturing operations commence in
the year 1977 on great industrial site in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Malaysia Milk Sendirian Berhad
released VITAGEN as the first cultured milk drink to the market. After that, in 2005, VITAGEN was
renamed VITAGEN Less Sugar. In the year 2012, a new manufacturing factory in Kapar, Klang,
started operations. After over 40 years of operations in Petaling Jaya, the new production factory
blends modern state-of-the-art equipment with a decades-long dedication to quality. Malaysia Milk
Sendirian Berhad has grown into a prominent dairy and beverage firm with a diverse product portfolio
that includes VITAGEN, MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH, and MARIGOLD HL Low Fat Milk. Malaysia
Milk Sendirian Berhad is additionally backed by an efficient and sophisticated distribution system, as
well as a robust sales network that spans the country's important market centres. Because special
refrigerated transport vans and trucks travel the length and width of Malaysia, all items will arrive at
retail outlets as fresh as the day they left the Malaysia Milk manufacturing plant.

3.0 Redesigning new packaging
Firstly, the reason for my redesign packaging is because the image of the Marigold brand
can be restored by placed with the cow cartoon who is bringing a bottle of milk that can take
interesting a children to buy it because every children loved milk and its good for their health. For
sure, their parents will surely buy it for them for their children.
I also renewed the name of the product type which is the fresh milk to make it more
interesting to attract people to buy it. With the new font of fresh milk will attaract customer to buy
it the beautiful font and it is more suitable as fresh milk product. I also renewed its font colour and
its design more attractive with dark blue and white colour, which is more pronounce than current
packaging.
The new blue colour will create an interesting vibrant blue that is better than current
packaging and the grass will make the packaging more suitable with the product which is the fresh
milk is come from the cow and we know that the cow was bred at huge farm in Australia. And we
know it the company Marigold has a great premium quality milk from the green pastures of
Australia.

I emphasize that the product was imported from Australia and of course because of our
country majority was muslim. To make sure our customer will confident with its cleanliness so I
added a halal logo to make our customer more confident with our imported milk product. I had took
it at side bottom of the packaging to make sure it is easier to see it. There are also expired date at the
other side of the packaging to easier our customer to know when the product expired and give our
customer more aware with the expired date of the milk.
There are also other changes I had made with the marigold company to make it more
interesting and make our customer attracted with our new rebranding logo that I have stayed it red
color but I have change the font of the Marigold company that I wish the new Marigold logo will
make kid out there will be more attracted with it because of the logo become more suitable for kid
to drink it because milk is good for their health.
4.0 Conclusion
Overall, product packaging and labelling are crucial to Marigold milk's overall identity.
Marigold has marketing specialists that understand the importance of the illustration colour scheme
on their packaging, as well as how different coloured packaging may effect customers. Marigold has
shown to have taken advantage of an unique potential to produce not just milk but also a new
revenue stream for the company. Marigold has created a brand that is instantly identifiable and
trusted by customers all over the world, which is just as important as the colour scheme and
packaging. All of these elements combine to create packaging that reinforces Marigold's brand
image of a better, more active lifestyle.
