    Terms & conditions

    ➢ Payment: - 40% payment as advance 2nd payment 30% remaining 30% payment should be clear before
    taking of delivery and if order is cancel advance will be forfeited.
    ➢ Freight or transportation charges: - from Hyderabad, India factory to customer place to be paid by
    customer directly in to the transporter’s account.
    ➢ Delivery :- we will confirm at the time of taking advance payment
    ➢ Taxes :- taxes will be extra as applicable at the time of delivery
    Trial, installation & commissioning:

    Trial material provides by the customer.


    Plumbing and all electrical wiring work should be completely done before our technical person
    arrived on site by client.
    After completing the above work please call us
    We will send our engineer for the erection of the plant at your place. However, the customer have to pay
    to and from tickets for engineer along with the lodging and boarding up to his complete stay at their
    place. All raw materials, skilled and unskilled labor required for erection will have to be provided by the
    customer. For commissioning the plant, the customer has to provide the necessary supply of water, power,
    air conditions, tools, and lubricant etc. To the line at his own expenses.
    Note: - After reaching our technical person on your site he will start his work immediately During
    installation our technician will stay only for 1 or 2 days after reaching by any reason installation is
    getting delayed from your side, you have to pay Rs. 5,000/- per day apart from food and
    accommodation to our technical person Thank you.
    Validity : Our Quotation Valid Only For 10 Days.

    Note:-This Quotation Follows with Motors of Crompton or ABB. depending on the availability
