1.Who do you feel was most important in shaping your attitudes regarding sexual behavior (parents,
teachers, peers, early girlfriend or boyfriend, or anyone)?

-My teachers and girlfriend.

2. What was the nature of their influence?

- My early girlfriend because she is the only who I talk about it and we both experiencing some changes
so it doesn't really hard to express what changing happens into my body and we both respect each
others changes. And for my teacher because he's/she's the one who teach me or taught me that
changes in my body are natural .

3. If the answer to the first question was not your parents, what kind of information did you get at
home? Were your parents comfortable talking about sex?

No, their not because they already know that having a sexual changes was already taught in our school
and my maturity give me an idea on how does this thing working.

PART II. Compliments Jar

Instructions: Every morning, look at yourself in the mirror. Grab a small sheet of paper and pen. On a
sheet of paper, write three things that you like about yourself or in your life. Things that you can be
grateful about. Read them aloud in front of the mirror. Put your personalized notes inside the jar.
Practice this activity for two weeks or you may continue this as long as you want. After the two-week
exercise, write a reflection and attached a photo or video as evidence of accomplishing this activity. (15
points)

-Whe everytime it happen I always say to myself that there is tomorrow and will be a good day for
me.In every problem ,and every struggle in life there is always a way and there is always a solution, so I
keep in mind that always go all out and bring the best of me.

3. Thinks of moments when you were having a serious problem, why do you think it happened to you?

-Whe it happen to me I think that is the way of god to strengthen me and to help me surpass my limits
and help me to conquer my fears because in every problem there is a good feedback to you or to
yourself it well help you bring out the best of you.

-People in this generation are hardworker believe -People in this generation are socially driven,
in work-life balance and independent-minded ethically diverse and tech-driven and curious.

1. What Filipino characteristics and good values you observe from the two generation? Why do you
think it can be considered as good values?

-For me the characteristics I seen in mid 80s are handworker and the present generation is socially
driven.It is a good values because being hardworker help us to work harder and finish the job early and
also being social person it help us to make a lot of friends and have a good impression to others.

2. How can these good values be maintained or enhanced in today’s generation?

-This good values will enhance when all Filipinos learn to help others and learn to give appreciation to
older generation,in this way we can enhanced and maintained the previous ideas and beliefs that our
ancestors give to us.

3. What are the gaps between the two generations? In your idea, how can these differences reduce
conflict?

The gap is our technology in mid 80s people are enjoying life without the help of modern appliances
while in present everyperson live a life with there gadget etc.This difference will reduce conflict if the
two generation accept what are the differences of each other and live a life according to its own will.

4. Based on your personal experiences, how does the generation gap affect your life?
-For me It's really change me because in this modern society ,people in this generation always play with
gadget,and travel with cars.In my childhood I experience playing different Filipino street games like
luksong kabayo,maru and etc. but kids nowadays always play gadget and forget the Filipino street games
and always using gadget where they go.

1. Based on your online posts, what are the similarities and differences between your real self

-For me the difference is, in my real life I am rarely talk about love ad relationship but in online I
post it and I am ready to tell it to other people.As a person it tells that I am a shy person or I am
not good at relationship.
