 The research should be about 4-5 pages and done in the scrap notebook OR

FRENCH
 Students to make a scrap file on famous French monuments, museums, cars and
brands.

Collect pictures and important information on all the topics and clearly demonstrate the
relevance of 3 monuments, 3 museums, 3 cars and 3 brands of France and also talk about
their popularity and glory in the entire world. Use a coloured scrap file. Be creative and
use your imagination to design a beautiful cover too. Write your name and paste your own
picture on the cover.

SPANISH
1. Research and read up on the differences between the Spanish spoken in Spain and in
Latin American countries. Are the differences major or minor? Highlight the differences
and the similarities on an A4 sheet of paper to discuss in class after the vacations.
2. Write a description of your house (15-20 sentences). ON A4 size sheet

GERMAN
 Make a Magazine on Map of Germany, Flag of Germany, National Animal of
Germany, Greetings, Musical Instruments, Means of Transport, Fruits, Vegetables,
Festivals, Museums, Cars and Brands.

You can use pictures and information on all the topics and talk about them in German.
Use coloured sheets. On one side paste pictures and on the other side write few lines on
each of them. Make it an interesting one.
 Make a Menu Card in German.

Collect 10-15 verb and take a coloured printout ( which we use in our daily life for
example kochen, schwimmen, radfahren..... and paste it in your Notebook.

approaches to the use of colour in an inspirational manner and use colour as a creative

“Impact of changing environment on humans”

News from the Science desk -

Humans will undergo physical changes and may resemble the aliens
Their eyes will grow big and pop out, skin will pale ……..

Your task for the long and lazy summer afternoons is –


1. Research on the impact of changing environment on the physical features in
humans.
2. Write an article on the physical changes that you may have researched about.
Also research on the reason for the change.
3. Make a sketch / model of how humans would appear 100 years from today.
You may use your imagination as well as information from the research work
done by you.
