<h2 align=center style='text-align:center'>LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA. 
 
CONSIDERANDO:<o:p></o:p></h2>
Que de conformidad con el Acuerdo número 50-99 esta Corte,
específicamente en su artículo 2°., en el que se asignó al Juzgado Primero de
Paz Civil, el cumplimiento y diligenciamiento de los despachos y exhortos para
notificaciones, provenientes de Juzgados del Interior de la República, a la
fecha el volumen de los mismos impide que sea ágil y rápida las notificaciones
y además, aumenta en forma exagerada la carga de trabajo del referido juzgado
por lo que habiéndose creado el Centro de Servicios de la Administración de
Justicia, se hace necesario dictar las medidas correspondientes para agilizar
en forma equitativa el servicio de administración de
justicia.<o:p></o:p>

color:black'>Con fundamento en las atribuciones que le asignen los artículos 54
literales a), f), y 55, incisos b), j) y 77 de la Ley del Organismo Judicial, e
integrada esta Corte como corresponde.<o:p></o:p>

1.<o:p></o:p>
0cm;text-align:justify;background:white'>Se modifica el artículo 2°. Del
acuerdo 50-99 de esta Corte en el sentido de que, para su cumplimiento y
diligenciamiento, los DESPACHOS Y EXHORTOS PARA NOTIFICACIONES DEL RAMO CIVIL Y
DE FAMILIA provenientes de Juzgados del interior de la República, serán
remitidos a los juzgados de paz del ramo civil del municipio de Guatemala; una
vez recibidos, deben trasladarlos de inmediato al Centro de Servicios de la
Administración de Justicia para su notificación.<o:p></o:p>
