 Intro to team (name, discipline background and team project
role/accountability) and case project; presentation outline [3-4 minutes]
 Case project highlights: key challenges/issues/insights drawn from the case
project (for example, technical challenges, stakeholder mgmt., key factors
contributing to exceptional success or failure) [4-5 minutes]
 A detailed account (findings) on the selected PM knowledge areas
examined (one area per student) (for example, time/schedule, cost/budget,
quality/technical, stakeholder/communication, risk –management) [16-18
minutes]
 Team’s evaluation of case project performance (success or failure);
reflections; suggestions for improvements; key learnings [2-3 minutes]
 Tips: start early; leverage on team strengths; make use of technology;
rehearse well; maintain eye contact (through camera)
