I. Objectives
By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to obtain all the target knowledge,
competency and personal qualities in the following areas.
1. Language and Skills:
- Comprehend the vocabulary related to the topic of becoming more
independent.
- Acquire some useful vocabulary related to becoming more independent.
- Enhance integrated skills with focus on vocabulary, grammar, and
pronunciation.
- Students will be able to review and consolidate key vocabulary and grammar
points from Unit 8.
- Students will be able to reflect on their personal development and learning
throughout the unit.
2. Competency
- Manage to put vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation into practice.
- Develop communication skills;
- Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and teamwork;
- Improve flexibility.
3. Personal qualities
- Understand more about different ways of becoming more independent;
- Apply learned information about the topic to improve vocabulary, grammar,
