EVENT PROPOSAL

1. Name of event: Clickmas - Merry moments

2. Description of event:
Clickmas is an upcoming event is set to take place during the Christmas season. At the center
of the Clickmas event is a Christmas-themed photo booth where participants can have their
picture taken and turned into a personalized photocard with their customized wishings printed
on the back, making a truly unique and thoughtful holiday gift option. In addition, there will
be a booth selling Christmas souvenirs. Overall, the Clickmas event represents an opportunity
for members of the student community to come together and celebrate the holiday season in a
creative and engaging way.

3. Time & Date: Wednesday to Friday - 6th to 8th December 2023


● Morning shift: 10.00 am - 12.00 am
● Afternoon shift: 02.00 pm - 05.00 pm

4. Location: Lobby, 1st floor, Swinburne Vietnam, 02 Duong Khue, Mai Dich, Cau Giay
Dist., Hanoi

5. Target Audience: About 60 participants including


● K5 students of Swinburne Vietnam, Hanoi Campus
● Staffs of Swinburne Vietnam, Hanoi Campus

5. Event detail:
a) Photo booth
- Attendees can dress up in the suggested dress code: red, green, and white. Christmas accessories
and props will be prepared by Click&Click for attendees to borrow.
- Attendees get their personal photos taken by Click&Click’s members. The photocard will then be
printed with customized wishes and decorations.
- Personal photostrips are sold for 25,000 VND/picture and 40,000 VND/combo of 2 pics.
They will be returned on Christmas Eve after editing and printing.

b) Souvenir booth
- Click&Click will sell Christmas souvenirs and snacks: Cotton socks, hot chocolate, gingerbread
cookies

c) Location required:
- The lobby will be decorated with a Christmas theme, and Click&Click will set up lights for the
photo booth.
- Space for the souvenir booth and advertising standee

d) Media strategies
● Facebook posts teasing the event and providing details
● Media support from other clubs
● Swinburne’s TV and electric standee advertisement
● Word-of-mouth promotion in GC classes

6. Rules & Regulation:


- All the profit gained from the souvenir booth will be funded for Click&Click’s future event
- The taken photos and attendees’ contact information will be secured
- Participants and spectators must refrain from fighting.
- Participants and spectators must refrain from littering. Please place trash in trash containers.
- Participants and spectators must not use alcohol and drugs while on campus.
- Participants and spectators must not possess any weapon while on campus.
- Open flames (ie. candles and the burning of incense), fireworks, explosive devices, grills,
and fuel heaters are strongly prohibited on campus.
