READING
Read the following passage and answer the questions using NO MORE THAN FOUR WORDS.
Sometimes shopping can be stressful when you want to buy something for your friends and family on a special
occasion. It is popular to get a gift voucher so that they can go shopping themselves. Shopping online is
preferred by people who have a busy lifestyle. People can order everything from their own home, or when they
are on the move. Delivery costs are usually low or sometimes free while items tend to be cheaper than those in
the shopping centre. The only concern is that the item’s description may be different from its quality. This
means the customer may be disappointed with the items and have to return them at their own cost. People who
go to supermarkets often use self-service payment machines. This saves time as they do not need to wait in a
long queue. However, it can be frustrating and annoying when the machine has an error and the sales assistant
is not always there to fix it.
