well-trained team takes care of all clinical and administrative requirements of patients and their companions
coming from overseas. A personal coordinator / case manager is assigned to each patient, and is responsible for
taking care of all aspects of patients' visit to India, ensuring that they feel at home at BLK-Max. Our services are
focused on meeting the special needs of all our patients and their families, before, during and after their visit.
VIDEO CONSULTATION PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
We arrange for a video consultation with our senior doctors who assess your reports and discusses your
treatment plan with you before you plan your visit to India.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
We offer complimentary opinion from our team of specialists on the basis of the initial reports shared by you.
Accordingly, we will send you details of the cost of treatment and tentative plan as per the reports shared by you.
Once you decide to take treatment at Max, we will schedule an appointment with our specialist.

VISA ARRANGEMENT
The team assists in arranging visa to avail medical treatment by issuing an invitation letter to you and your
companion. If you require extension of visa depending on the course of your treatment, our team will look
assisting you accordingly.

• Once your decision is final to travel to India for medical treatment, your passport details and that of your
companion along with visa assistance letter is given to the Indian Embassy in your country.

SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

At Max, we will provide you one single point of contact who will help you right from the admission to discharge.
The person will help you and your companion for all requirements like accommodation, shopping, interpreters,
currency exchange, wire transfer, etc.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT AND
CONCIERGE SERVICES
After your appointment is scheduled and one point of contact has been assigned to you, it is time to make your
travel arrangements. Our concierge services include:

• Airport pick up facility – Our International Patient Services (IPS) team provides transfer facility between the
Airport and the Hospital/Hotel.
• Accommodation - The team takes care of the arrangements for hotels/guest houses that may be required
pre-admission and post discharge.
• Car Hire Facility – Car hire facility is available for your companion on chargeable basis for local sightseeing or
any other requirement.
• Calling Card Facility – A calling card can be provided to you on chargeable basis by the IPS team.

INTERPRETER SERVICES
If you do not speak English or need any help with language services, we will provide an interpreter for you at no
additional cost. We have both male and female interpreters who are trained in medical terminologies to be able
to understand doctors and convey better to you in your language.

FINANCIAL SERVICES
The dedicated relationship manager will help you with your financial and payment arrangements.
• The Currency exchange and wire transfer services are available within the hospital services.
• Payment can be made using health insurance, self-payment or through embassy sponsorship.

PHONE/TV/INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Internet for laptop, phone facilities are available in the hospital on chargeable basis. Each bed has an individual
telephone line you can use to contact the staff in the hospital, as well as your family and/or friends, and they can
call you back. Each room is equipped with a TV set.

Internet Dongle and SIM cards are easily procurable. The International Patient Services team would be able to
assist to get internet access.
