Medical Representatives are the key link between the brand and the medical, pharmaceutical &
healthcare professionals. They understand their needs and recommend customized products &
treatments to support their objectives in achieving patients’ satisfaction. With their medical
knowledge and commercial sense, they develop the brand, achieve business growth by building and
maintaining strong relationships doctors, driving prescriptions, and identify new business
opportunities.
To promote Naos brands with medical practice in his assigned territories to elevate Naos market
share and ensure Naos products on top of mind of HCPs that will support reaching the agreed sales
target & growth on heathy way
To maintain and increase Bioderma/ Naos presence within the HCPs in his territory and to
elevate Bioderma/ Naos share of voice through opening new channels with new customers
and improve our relationship with the HCPs
Achieve the sales objective of Bioderma in his territory
Follow the assigned KPIs & objectives for medical representative provided by the manager
Support line manager tasks across UAE in “tender, reporting, projects, etc. “
v. Main responsibilities
Build and drive trustworthy working relationships with doctors by understanding their needs
and recommending customized products & treatments to support their objectives and achieve
patients satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets for linked pharmacies and qualitative and quantitative
objectives set by the Manager
Visit doctors (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, pediatrics, GPs) to introduce the brand with
medical detailing and provide supporting technical / scientific documentation to encourage
prescriptions
Conduct round tables, conferences and events for doctors and pharmacists
Monitor sell-out and brand activity through feedback from pharmacists and propose the right
action plan and commercial activities to improve outcomes
Ensure a healthy stock level in pharmacies and accurate replenishment
Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities- Find
new business opportunities and introduce the brand in new accounts in line with the brand
image and strategy
Represent the brand at professional medical events to raise brand awareness and recruit new
consumers
organising appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
Identifying and establishing new business
Negotiating contracts
Responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives in a
specific territory, for product line(s) or account(s).
Support line manager to follow & implement specific medical project
Achieve his assigned territory overall sales objectives “target, growth, MS, etc. “
Ensure achieving the required sales growth in core strategic SKUs
Visit the assigned HCP in assigned territories with agreed frequency
Support line manager identify & add the proper HCP that support company brands
Detailing the defined medical company brands and key unique proposition to defined HCP
specialty following the medical strategic plan and focus
Using needed skills to create demand for the brand through detailing the Product
knowledge, brand unique proposition using the Professional selling technique
attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
managing budgets
reviewing sales performance
Visits related pharmacies to collect the proper feedback to plan the Dr call efficiently
Adhere to company communication strategic marketing campaigns
Uses the available company resources efficiently as agreed “samples, DA, iPad, etc.”
Build strong business relationship with HCP, key Purchaser & KOLs in his assigned accounts
Well Represent company in scientific meeting and congress
Conduct AV actions physically and or Virtually as planned
Plan, participate and execute and PR activities if required by line manager with the
customers to build an excellent business relationship
Events/ congress: inviting and sponsoring his HCPs to the international events or local events
that Naos is participating in
Initiate and find business new opportunities and discover new accounts that will have
potential for Naos brand
Regular exchange feedback about Naos brand and competitors to line manager and
marketing team
Follow the DCC & HAAD code implementation and accessibility in his assigned accounts
Ensure investigate and promote Naos brand in assigned tender & Gov. accounts
Ensure proper effective launching and seeding newly medical SKUs as per company plan
Regular analysis of the assigned accounts and proposes any corrective action if needed
Liaise with the KAM regarding the stock management and sales orders to the related Direct
accounts
Liaise with the BA regarding the Rx movement in the main outlet
Ensure SKUs availability in assigned accounts and follow with both alphamed team, account
purchaser to ensure smooth stock flow inside the accounts
Communicate and manage the expiry policy as per the company policy

Send weekly / Daily call reports for the manager demonstrating the details and the comment
of the visits
Submit monthly plan on sales tracker on agreed time monthly
Send Monthly SMART objectives for the manager demonstrating the action plan
Supply the SFE core reports that reflect the efficiency coverage of his territory
Attain the minimum needed log in hours for the E-learning program
Properly Attend the team meeting that communicated form line manager or company
Send the needed sales analysis reports on time
Send monthly activity tracker
Quarterly area sales analysis presentation demonstrating the sales outcomes from the
different outlets and the growth
Biannual customer list double-axis segmentation and targeting analysis
Attend and pass the quarterly quiz as planned with line manager and training department
Support Line manager in consolidated team reports
Support line manager in
Exploring & identifying the new tender business opportunities across UAE
Regular visits to tender’s related HCPs and the key persons
Following up the competitor actions, stocks, and situation to update the management
monthly
Aligning with Alphamed tender team to assure the accessibility
Follow the tender process and identify Naos related brand
Negotiate and support in follow needed recommendation
Try to negotiate and propose the winning prices
Align and consolidate tasks that was delegated form line manager across team
Support Line manager on yearly targeting and segmentation update
A. Educational Background
- Pharmacist or medical background
- Very good in Office package
- Very good command speaking & writing of English,
- At least 5-year experiment as medical rep
- UAE experience
- Holding valid UAE driving license
