Survey Questionnaire

Educational games towards learning introductory programming as perceived by grade


11 learners

We invited you to participate in a questionnaire designed to answer the influence of technology


on your learning experiences . This study aims to determine the goal motivation and learning
strategies of Grade 11 learners in Cronasia Foundation College.

PART I: Level of using educational games as perceived by grade 11 Learners


Direction: Please rate the following statements on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 represents
"Strongly Agree", 4 represents " Agree", 3 represents "Neutral", 2 represents "Disagree" and 1
represents "Strongly Disagree”. Your responses will help assess the level of influence of
technology on senior high school students in terms of addiction, intentional behavior, and
cognition.
