1.2 Choose recipe

To select another recipe, press and hold the cross switch up or

down for 2 seconds. The program jumps to the next / previous
recipe.
You can only switch between the recipes when the machine is
at a standstill.

1.3 Start recipe

To start a recipe, press the pushbutton and the machine will

start at the specified speeds.

1.4 Stop recipe/machine

To stop a recipe and stop the machine, press the push button.

2 Recipe editor

With this button you can call up the recipes in your program. A list of
already created recipes is displayed. In this menu you can create, select
and edit up to 10 recipes.

2.1 Creat/change recipe

To change a recipe, tap the appropriate box. An input field opens and you can enter the
corresponding numerical values / words and confirm with ENTER. The changes are
automatically saved when you change them.

2.2 Change product preset

To change a product preset, tap the button. The selection changes to the
next of the following three product codes after each tap.

2.3 Recipe limits

With this button you can call up the recipe limits in your program. In the
recipe limits, you can define limits for processing for all three product types.
You can divide these limits into 5 sections for each product type.

If you create a recipe and speeds or hole sizes of hole plates do not match the rules defined
here, these values are highlighted in red in the recipe editor.

2.3.1 Recipe limits (Logic)

Increased risk due to parameter change
Changing parameters can negatively affect the operational safety and function of the machine.
■ Do not change any parameters on your own!

The maximum speed of the working worm is stored in parameters:

P204: working worm max. Speed (Ultra: speed gear 2)
The minimum speed of the working worm is stored in parameters:
P205: working worm min. Speed (Ultra: speed gear 1)
The maximum speed of the feed screw is stored in parameters:
P221: feeding worm Max. Speed
The minimum speed of the feed screw is stored in parameters:
P220: feeding worm Min. Speed

If you set the limits for your machine e.g. want to define as follows:

The smallest value is always in line 01 in the respective column "<" or "Max" (marked in red).
The maximum value in line 01 (here: 8.0 highlighted in yellow) is automatically transferred to
line 02 (highlighted in yellow) as the minimum value. If you want to define a value smaller
than the limit, you must write it in line 01 and modify the following lines accordingly. Due to
the system, smaller values than in line 01 cannot be entered in the following lines.

Example:
You want to add an extra limit of 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm hole size. Since 1.5 mm is smaller than
3.0 mm, you must enter this value in line 01 in the "Min" column (marked in red). 3.0 mm
hole size should be the upper value for this limit. Enter this in line 01 in column "<". This
value is automatically transferred to line 02 (marked in yellow).

Tap in the corresponding field and an input
field will automatically be opened. Above and
below the input line you will see the maximum
and minimum values that you can enter. If
you change the limits, the lines are
automatically adjusted to the logical order.

3.1 Create new user

3 User administration

With this button you can call the user administration in your program. The
list of configured users and their rights is displayed.

To create a new user, tap in the last line in the respective column and enter the name, the
password (must be entered twice to confirm) and select the level of roghts from the drop-
down menu in the last column. Move to the right with the black scrollbar and enter the logout
time in minutes. The logoff time determines how long the user should be logged in before
having to log in again.

3.2 Log in user

To log in as a user, press a menu button (for example, Recipe Editor) and the input window
will automatically open.

3.3 Log out user

To log out, press the user icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

3.4 Right administration

In the user administration, you can create, edit and delete users. You can assign individual
rights to each user. Here you can differentiate between three levels:

To clean the screen, tap the "Clean screen" button. The touch screen will be disabled for a
while and you can clean the display.

instructions on the display.
