    The Provincial Government of Ifugao and Lagawe Central School agreed to cancel their previous Memorandum of Agreement from September 2020 for the construction of a comfort room. They decided to cancel it because the planned site for the comfort room, adjacent to the former PUJ terminal bound for Banaue, is no longer feasible after the terminal was moved. The new agreement cancels and terminates the previous Memorandum of Agreement and releases both parties from any obligations under it.

    authorized by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ifugao with office address
    Poblacion South, Lagawe, Ifugao:

    WITNESSETH:

    WHEREAS, the PGI and LCS entered into a Memorandum of Agreem


    on September 15, 2020 for the construction of a Comfort Room at the North
    Imelda Marcos Building of LCS adjacent to the National Road (previously used
    PUJ terminal of trips bound to Banaue);

    WHEREAS, due to the transfer of the PUJ Banaue Termina


    construction of the comfort room at the proposed site is not feasible as there wo
    be no more public to use;

    WHEREAS, PGI and LCS have decided to cancel the earlier Memorand
    of Agreement executed by the parties on September 15, 2020 at Lagawe, Ifugao

    NOW THEREFORE , for and in consideration of the foregoing premis


    the parties hereby agree as follows:

    1. The Memorandum of Agreement executed on September 15, 2020 by


    parties are hereby agreed cancelled and/or terminated and of no force
    effect.

    2. The parties are released of any rights and obligations thereunder.

    3. For the avoidance of any doubt, any survival provisions of the said M
    are terminated and do not survive.
