III. RLIC and Agent Commitment to Each Other

RLIC's commitment to their freelancer agents is to give them some opportunity and privileges to
earn a decent living based on a given percentage rate, commission based on their good standing
client loan produced or marketed, and to provide allowances, bonuses, and incentives, which
are set to be given generously and freewill by the company. Nothing else, aside from this, is
provided and stipulated in this guideline.

A Good Active Agent must have the following:

a) With a good new client standing produced that is not lower in the quota per month.
He/She must reach a monthly quota of four (4) new clients. A total of 48 (48) good
clients annually is required to achieve the full basket of benefits provided by RLIC.

b) KYC – Knowing Your Client well – Knowing Your Client well – Background check and
know their full information, the resources and means of their living, their family circle
and friends.
c) Knowing 3 C’s In your clients.
Character and attitude,
Capability is the power and ability to do something. (Kakayahan)
Capacity is the ability to obtain and contain (Kapasidad)
d) Our company is expecting all the agents that will be a big help with the promotional
advertisements and dissemination of all loan menu programs and services. That they are
becoming one of the most important contributors to the company's sales growth and
that they avoid giving risky and delinquent clients. Keep always this a note to produce a
good client all the time.

IV. Scoop and Coverage of this Guidelines for an agent

a) Loyalty to the company – Avoid disclosing valuable information of the company to its
competitors and rivals or even of the similar business nature.
b) Honesty and integrity – Inculcate and practice honesty. Avoid any dishonest act or fraud
towards the clients or co employees. Honesty is a vital part of any company.
c) You have an obligation to cooperate and help the company to locate your P.A CLIENT
and a co – maker and give some reports for it.
d) You are obliged to pay for your P. A. CLIENT left account balance or outstanding balance,
especially if you are a co- maker.
e) All agents must follow and obey rules and regulations, memos and guidelines imposed
by RLIC.

V. Obligation of the Rhuha Lending Investors Corporation to the Agent.

a) Rhuha Lending Investors Corporation will pay the right amount of commission, incentive,
allowance and bonus due for the Agent based on their produced and marketed client
and it was based on our guidelines.
b) Appraise and study the agents’ performances to pave the way to the merit system.
Rewards and recognition will be given to the deserving freelancers. The Best performing
agent will thus be seen in the performance of the agents.

VI. Procedural Membership as an Active Agent.

a) All agent applicants must be registered with RLIC and must submit their filled-up,
authentic, signed resume with a 2 x 2 picture, with disclosure credential. They must
also be interviewed by RLIC personnel.
b) To qualify for an automatic Freelancer Agent membership with RHUHA Lending
Investors Corporation, all agents must produce four (4) new clients. These first four
new client loans you make do not earn you any compensation; they are your
membership client loans, which you need to qualify as a member of Freelancer ACTIVE
AGENT.

c) He/She must attend agent seminars to know what the business is all about and to
receive and equip knowledge on company marketing of clients, its programs, and to
know the agent guidelines do’s and don’ts.

VII. Agents' Dos and Don'ts

a) RLIC Agents cannot be employed in any other FINANCING And LENDING COMPANIES
even though they are considered as Freelancers. Such acts will have conflicts of interest.
b) All agents are prohibited to market within 500-meter radius of the company.
c) All agents are prohibited to graving client that they are not marketed. Avoid graving of
client that is not your and not belong to you.
d) Let all your clients be interviewed and screened by our personnel. background
investigation and home visit are part of the process before granting a loan to your client.
e) All agents are obliged to KNOW YOUR CLIENT “KYC”
f) You are required and obliged to help the company in locating and conducting a home
visit to clients especially to the PA CLIENT or delinquent payors.
g) All freelancer Agents are required to attend the meeting called by the Company.
h) All agents are mandated to attend seminars launched by the management.
i) All agents are mandated to participate in programs, projects and activities launched by
the company.
j) Avoid unreasonable disputes or feuds with your co- agent and our company CORPORATE
personnel and employees.

VIII. Other Beneficial Obligation of RLIC to the Agent.

a) Agents can attend corporate outings, company anniversaries, yearly Christmas parties,
outreach programs such as corporate charity works, or any party conducted by the
company if necessary and invited.
b) The Agents are obliged to join in awarding, giving of meritorious awards and
recognitions.

IX. Responsibilities of Agent.

1) The primary responsibility of a Freelancer Agent is to bring a good and a quality client to
RLIC.
2) Be friendly to all employees and personnel of the RLIC.
3) Because agents are a big help and are all parts of the marketing arm of the company,
they are considered an active agent. We have two categories of a Freelancer Agent:
Active and Inactive. We welcome all agents to be a stakeholder; a partner to our
marketing and quality clients in promoting the company’s best loaning programs.

Which type of freelancer will you be? Active or Inactive?

X. A Basket of full benefits to FREELANCER AGENT to be generously given by RLIC.

a) 1.5% PERCENT COMMISSION to all kinds of loan availments it was computed to the net
proceeds of loan every month.
b) Monthly Production incentives 0.008% percentage to all net proceeds of loan in all kinds
of loan except 13’th month pay advances of client.
c) Transportation Allowance of Php20.00 for every new client.

d) All these benefits a wait for you and it will be given to you if and only if you meet the
quota of 4 new client per months or else it will be forfeited.
e) Annual bonus for A Freelancer Agent – Who meet this annual quota of the following

I. 48 New clients produce annually ------------------ Php5,000.00


II. 36 New clients produce annually ------------------ Php3,000.00
III. 24 New clients produce annually ------------------ Php1,500.00
IV. 12 New clients produce annually ------------------ PHP1,000.00

XI. Reminder

The provided baskets of benefits are based on performances produce by our active Freelancer Agent
with requires a monthly quota and annual quota if it is not meet automatically will forfeit. All
allowances, bonuses and incentives and production and commission in which is sets to give
generously by the company. Nothing else aside from this provided and stipulated in the guideline
and it will be change and upgrade and subject to change any time by the board of directors and
officers of the Rhuha Lending Investors Corporation.
