 Command is only visible when the Request Template is in the
“Released” or “Obsolete” state
 To revise a Request Template in the “Obsolete” state, an Admin can go
to Collaborative Space Configuration Center > Access Rules >
Lifecycle Operations > Allow New Revision on Maturity and add the
“Obsolete” state.

 Revision will not be created if a new one already exists.

 New Revision will carry over connected objects like ‘Request

Assignee’, ‘Component Category’, ‘Route Templates’, and ‘Members’

 Revision is displayed in various views

single “Component Category”. This attribute can be

used to filter the Requests.
 Previously, the “Component Category” displays all Categories
from the Request Template.

 “Activity” tab displays flat rows of activities for Tiles. A

user can view all activities without expanding

 New “Submitted By” Column to display user who

submitted the Request

 New ability to attach Documents (new and existing)

 Suggestions and auto-complete when assigning users
