We can divide them into multiple options

1. Follow the dropshipping rules and all the shipping policies


2. Follow the Dropshippers policy, if we are using HHC Dropshipping we have to
place the order before 10 AM for same-day dispatch and same-day delivery, it may
vary on different dropshippers, but the method will be the same for everyone.
3. Order have to be confirmed from the customer before placing it on the HHC or any
dropshipping platform, confirmation can be done on WhatsApp or by call, and the
Name, contact number, and Complete address shall be confirmed.
4.If we want to deliver the product by our own, then we have to mention the Name
Number, and address in bold letter so that rider don't have any issues contacting
with our customer

this question is divided into 2 parts in my opinion.

1. In case of failed delivery we need to contact the courier services and then we
have to contact the customer. courier service will tell that the order is returned
by the customer or if there is any issue with the delivery.

2. the next point is Late delivery: in late delivery, we again need to contact the
courier company for why the order is delayed and the delivery is late, If we get
some issue or reason from the courier company then if needed we can contact the
customer and notify all the situation.
