1. Work closely with the Purchase and Tender dept. of the Institutional Channel in order to
understand the B2B market realities.
2. Participate in business development activities and generate demand.

4. Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of ammonia.
5. Tapping Tender opportunities for generating sales lead.
6. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account
support.
7. Responsible for deciding on Tender Submission for Govt. Requirements, Suggesting
Pricing Strategy for Key clients, suggesting Operational requirement to fulfill demand
etc.
8. Researching new opportunities, recommending profits and service improvements in the
company.
9. Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
10. Analyse sales and marketing data, and prepare relevant reports for management.
11. Should identify potential opportunity within client base and relevant stakeholders to
accelerate business volume.
12. Managing sales of Bulk clientele of the company viz. order generation, delivery and
collections

1. Familiar with evaluating Tender documents and preparing offer accordingly.
2. Independently float inquiries to various Vendors for items like Static equipment,
Rotating equipment, Structural items, Pipes and Fittings,
3. Familiar with making Plant layout as per Equipment List and Flow diagram.
4. Familiar with various design standards ASME, API, PESO etc.
5. Familiar with Commercial terms and conditions.
6. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist to Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan.
2. Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients through telephone/
emails/ visits.
3. Arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business by cold
calling.
4. Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations under
the guidance of seniors.
5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. To meet sales targets and keep tracks of the targets on regular basis.
7. Coordinate with the production team and client upto the delivery of the product.
8. Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future.
9. Follow up with the client for outstanding payment.
10. Experience in Chemical / fertilizers / Gases essential.
KEY COMPETANCIES
● Technical specifications of Vessels, tanks, pipe, fittings, flanges, MOC and various types
● Knowledge of American API standard for pressure vessel and pipe etc.
● Anhydrous Ammonia storage tank design, pressure, temperature, Material of construction,
plate thickness, safety valve pressure rating etc.
● Pipe line design with pressure and flow of different steels
● Candidate has to work on Pan India basis as per the work requirement.
● Act as a primary POC for Director for the internal and external stakeholders.
● Research, compile, prepare and update confidential discussion documents and briefs in
time-sensitive manner.
● Preparing basic data / presentations / reports / analysis with high quality.
● Plan and coordinate arrangements for meetings; review, proofread and update
documents.
● Meeting preparation and follow up: reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to
ensure the leader has all of the information needed to be as productive as possible and
sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary.
● Reviewing Internal and External Communications: drafting company newsletters,
reports, pitch decks, speeches or presentations for the Director.
● Monitoring information flow: Sometimes acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring a Director's
involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.
● Work closely with the Director on areas not limited to:
⮚ Prepare decisions for the Director by gathering, analyzing and synthesizing pertinent
information.
⮚ Support monitoring of strategy execution across functions.
