Position: Executive - Sales & Client Servicing (Bulk & Institutional Sales)

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma /MBA in Marketing


Location: Mumbai

One of the largest Ammonia distribution and aqueous solution manufacturing


companies with eight plants PAN India requires a candidate for managing for Bulk &
Institutional sales. The mission of the Sales person, is to manage the assigned client mix to
maximize revenue and profitability through Key Account Management, and Acquisition of new
clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Work closely with the Purchase and Tender dept. of the Institutional Channel in order to
understand the B2B market realities.
2. Participate in business development activities and generate demand.
3. Develop and maintain sales, and marketing plan.
4. Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of ammonia.
5. Tapping Tender opportunities for generating sales lead.
6. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account
support.
7. Responsible for deciding on Tender Submission for Govt. Requirements, Suggesting
Pricing Strategy for Key clients, suggesting Operational requirement to fulfill demand
etc.
8. Researching new opportunities, recommending profits and service improvements in the
company.
9. Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
10. Analyse sales and marketing data, and prepare relevant reports for management.
11. Should identify potential opportunity within client base and relevant stakeholders to
accelerate business volume.
12. Managing sales of Bulk clientele of the company viz. order generation, delivery and
collections

servicing for exports. This would be a client facing role. In this role, the incumbent will
be responsible for managing sales responsibility of International Business, including
sales strategy, plan, and implementation to achieve company's objective to grow
exponentially. S/he will ensure short, mid, and long-term volume and profitability
targets are achieved and required resources are in place.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for Market Development, Sales & Distribution in International


Market.
2. Must Have Excellent knowledge about current market study, price trend and raw
material Price/Supply Situation.
3. Expand and manage the opportunities through effective channels and market
niche in the export targeted markets.
4. Identify market intelligence related to consumers and competitors.
5. Should have experience in B2B, B2C sales, as well as skills related to strategic
analysis and marketing.
6. In this role a person will be responsible for developing relationships with the
clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
7. Travel abroad for business development and participate in exhibitions.
8. Keep an eye on the new development in the market / give feedback on
competition.
9. Maintaining sales reports and projections.
10. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research
on the prospective clients business and equipment needs.
11. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

Position: Sales & Estimation Engineer


Education: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Vadodara

Job Description:
1. Familiar with evaluating Tender documents and preparing offer accordingly.
2. Independently float inquiries to various Vendors for items like Static equipment,
Rotating equipment, Structural items, Pipes and Fittings,
3. Familiar with making Plant layout as per Equipment List and Flow diagram.
4. Familiar with various design standards ASME, API, PESO etc.
5. Familiar with Commercial terms and conditions.
6. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be added advantage.

Position: Jr. Sales Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Vadodara

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist to Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan.
2. Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients through telephone/
emails/ visits.
3. Arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business by cold
calling.
4. Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations under
the guidance of seniors.
5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. To meet sales targets and keep tracks of the targets on regular basis.
7. Coordinate with the production team and client upto the delivery of the product.

Position: Jr. Project Mechanical
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering / Diploma
Location: Vadodara (Nandesari)

Key skills of Estimation Engineer/ Mechanical

● Technical specifications of Vessels, tanks, pipe, fittings, flanges, MOC and various types

● Planning plant plan and area required

● Various standards as ASME. API, ISI etc.

● Flow, velocity and pressure drop calculation for pipes

● Welding standard and type for different steel and calculation

● Preparation of tender document

● Preparation of purchase order with detail specifications

● Negotiation with dealers, suppliers or manufacturers

● Calculation of structural steel and quantity

● Various steel structure forms and fitting

● Heat exchanger calculation

● Ammonia vapor compressor functioning and safety

● Cooling tower specifications

● Air compressor and Air dryer capacity and specifications.

● Pump flow and pressure and capacity calculation.

● Vapor compressor capacity specification and interlocks.

● Knowledge of American API standard for pressure vessel and pipe etc.
● Anhydrous Ammonia storage tank design, pressure, temperature, Material of construction,
plate thickness, safety valve pressure rating etc.
● Pipe line design with pressure and flow of different steels

● Conversion of various standards

● 1/2 /3 Piece ball valve and other valves

● Solenoid operated SOV and feed back

● Control valve design and functional control, feedback and accessories

● Electrical plant load calculation.

● Candidate has to work on Pan India basis as per the work requirement.

Designation: EA to the Director


Qualification: MBA in Marketing

● Act as a primary POC for Director for the internal and external stakeholders.

● Assist the Business leaders in effective decision-making.

● Research, compile, prepare and update confidential discussion documents and briefs in
time-sensitive manner.
● Preparing basic data / presentations / reports / analysis with high quality.
● Plan and coordinate arrangements for meetings; review, proofread and update
documents.
● Meeting preparation and follow up: reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to
ensure the leader has all of the information needed to be as productive as possible and
sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary.
● Reviewing Internal and External Communications: drafting company newsletters,
reports, pitch decks, speeches or presentations for the Director.
● Monitoring information flow: Sometimes acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring a Director's
involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.
● Work closely with the Director on areas not limited to:
