Peer Review Assignment for Lesson 5A: Objectives and


Assessment Questions

About this Assignment


This assignment assesses the objectives:
• to write instructional lesson objectives for given subject matter and designated
learners

• to write assessments that evaluate the extent to which those designated learners
may have achieved the given objectives for which the instructional lesson
objectives apply

This assignment has two parts.


1. First, it asks you to:

• Prepare learning objectives for a particular set of concepts and a designated


set of learners

• Create two (2) assessment questions per objective, that will evaluate the
extent to which learners have mastered the objective

• Generate some correct and incorrect responses for each assessment


question, and provide feedback on both

o For objective questions, you should provide feedback for each possible
correct and incorrect response

o For open questions, you should provide a rubric or similar tool (like an
observation checklist)

Note: You do NOT need to prepare a Planning Form for this assignment.

2. Second, in the week following your submission of the first part of the assignment:
you should review the learning objectives and assessment questions created by
two other students in the class and provide feedback to them. These will be
assigned to you by three days following the submission of Part 1. This is the
same peer review format as the first two assignments.
