Subject: Response to Notice for Inspection and Request for Loan Details

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing in response to the notice dated 30-11-2023, Ref: VIN\NOV-23\SK\185,

regarding the inspection of the vehicle with Registration No. AP15A55868 under loan
agreement no. LVSECo6316-170136508(Hyderabad) Branch.

We would like to express our deep concern and distress caused by the allegations in the
notice. We have never approached Amlok Investments or ITI Finance Ltd for any vehicle
loan, and this situation has significantly impacted our mental well-being.

Upon contacting Mr. Madhu Sadamani, as per your instructions in the notice, he directed me
to Amlok Investments. Until then, we were unaware of Amlok Investments' involvement, and
it was surprising to discover that they had handed over a loan agreement cancellation letter
(back dated to 15/12/2022) which we had never applied for or initiated. Attached to this
letter, you will find a copy of the cancellation of agreement, which we received in person
when we approached Amlok Investments.
In light of these circumstances, we kindly request the following:

1. Please provide detailed records from your end to confirm whether any disbursal
/transaction related to a loan agreement was made to my bank accounts.
2. If Amlok Investments has disbursed any loan amount, kindly provide details of the
transaction, including the amount, date, and the corresponding bank account details.
3. If there are records of communication tried to contact me, please provide reference
details, as we have no knowledge of such communications.

Furthermore, we urge you to promptly update or delete any records related to this alleged
loan in your system and inform credit bureau agencies (CIBIL) accordingly. The false
allegations in the notice have caused financial and reputational impact contributing to
reduction in my CIBIL score, thereby causing significant pain, agony, and disturbed my
mental peace, leading to emotional distress.

We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and request a swift resolution. Please
respond within 10 working days.

Sincerely,

Nayakwadi Srinivas & Pabba Srinivas
