2. Designation:
2.1 : 1st Year : Trainee Engineer
2.2 : 2nd Year onwards : Jr. Engineer / Jr. Quantity Surveyor / Jr. Engineer-QA/AC
3. Leave
3.1: 1st Year : 12 days (Casual + Sick) leave
3.2: From 2nd Year : 24 days Earned leave + 12 days (Casual + Sick ) leave
4. Location : All over India on project location
5. Job Description :
• Understanding all types of drawings related to execution.
• Understanding BOQ and specification related to activities to be executed.
• Getting targeted (planned) work executed from the resources (labour, machinery,
etc.) in your working area.
• Ensure the daily work done report Daily Duty Slip (DDS) are being filled regularly by
subcontractors with the help of respective supervisors in your working area.
• Ensure all work is being done as per quality norms and required documents are
compiled by Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Contractor wise as well as activity wise productivity monitoring at site (MDR report
preparation)
• Update Section Incharge about today’s plan VS actual work done and next day
planning and resource requirement.
• Assist planning Engineer in preparation of Work Progress Report (WPR).
• Focus on no idling of resources at the site like Labour, Machinery. If it happens Joint
Measurement Report (JMR) should be prepared.
• Weekly meeting with project in charge with agenda
• Identify the new Areas of Improvements
• Helping to measure work done, to estimate quantity as per drawing, to prepare
subcontractor bills, to prepare client bills

Salary and Other Benefits

➢ Proposed Salary (CTC):

o For Project : Rs. 2,76,000/- Per Annum + Including Food Allowance.

o Retention Bonus / Incentive :

o After 3 years : 3 Month Gross Salary or 80,000/- which is higher.

o After 6 years : 3 Months Gross Salary or 1,20,000/- which is higher.

➢ Corporate Training Bond:

o 3 Years Corporate Training Bond equivalent to Six Months Gross Salary.

➢ Other Benefits :

• Statutory benefits likes Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Bonus and
Gratuity will be applicable as per the Government Rule.

• Group Mediclaim insurance coverage of Sum insured Rs. 2,00,000/- for


Self & Family (Company contribution will be Rs. 6000/- of insurance
premium)

• Group Life Term insurance coverage of Sum Insured Rs. 7,00,000/-
