General Terms & Conditions:-

 The above rates are non-commissionable and valid for this function only.
 Food shall be prepared only for 10% above the number of the guests guaranteed. Should the number of
persons exceed 15% of the guaranteed number, the Coral Beach Resort would be unable to ensure
consistency in the quality of food and service.
 Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or actual numbers of guests
whichever is higher.
 As per government guidance and restrictions usage of Drone Camera Photography ,Laser Lights / CC
Lights (Travels to a distance in the sky), Lanterns is strictly not permitted
 Fireworks to be informed well in advance to the sales and operations team of MGMBR
 Pets are not allowed inside the resorts
 Usage of Swimming pool & Indoor games is applicable only for residential guests.
 Outdoor Game kits for Non-residents like Cricket kit, Frisbee, Volley ball can be collected from banquets.
 Venue usage shall use as per the options timing. Usage of the venue after the mentioned timing will be
subject to availability and would carry additional venue charges.
 Hard Liquor can be availed at the resort at a very special price. Soft drinks, Sodas, Mineral water, Chilled
juices, Beer, Cocktail snacks should be bought from the resort which will be served & charged on actual.

 In case where Event Management or any unapproved vendor is involved, it is mandatory that their
representative meet with the account managers/executive from Banquet Office for that function to
understand the rules and conditions they need to abide while executing their work in the premises of the
resort prior to the set-up of the function. They will also relate in details of the work they intend to execute.
 In addition stickers or any other posters must be placed on the backdrop provided by you. No cello tape,
scotch tape, doubles side or adhesive of any kind to be used.
 Banners, floral and any kind of decoration placed inside the banquet hall should be free standing from the
wall to protect the interior of the hall.
 Any Damage of hotel property and Indiscipline behaviour hotel keeps the rights for penalty.
 Any audio and visual request needs to be send 72hrs in advance.
 Any Beverage, Food and snacks menu selection request to be send 72hrs in advance.
 All events more than 500 guests, local police clearance letter to be obtained by the guest and same to be
submitted to the hotel before the event.
 PPL license from all the event management company would be required for all events where the music is
played in the form of audio or visual in any public place / events. This also includes CD player, cassette
player, fashion shows, product launches etc. Organizing such events in the Resort premises requires
obtaining a no objection certificate for the Resort and the same should be handed over a day prior. As per
the directive of honourable Supreme Court of India, playing of loud music and live / recorded musical
performance or recital is not permitted beyond 22.00 hrs at the venue. All music / musical performance will
be shut down by 22.00 hrs in accordance with the court's directive.
 Police Permission in case of events above 500 pax have to be obtained from client end
 Any fireworks to be intimated in advance and shall be carried out only in the specific area allotted by the
Resort.
 Any damage to property / materials / missing shall be charged on actual
 Pre Booking Check list to be followed to have more transparent Booking Order
 Resort will provide 2KV power supply. For extra power, Genset to be brought from the Guest end.
 The special rate offered for Liquors & Beverages is applicable only for Banquets functions
 On account of the State Excise Regulations, Service of Alcoholic Beverages is permitted till 10.30 pm only.
