Spirituality is important aspect of life. Every human has their own ways to find
spirituality. Some people find spirituality through religion while others may find it
through nature, meditationand context. Therefore term spirituality does not have
specific meaning. For every person spirituality holds unique meaning. This paper will

exposed to its teachings and practices since my birth. My mother is baptised sikh
