Reflection: By this point, I had enough time to observe and

weeks played a crucial role in reflection process also. I was
able to identify areas for improvement based on constructive

Future Goals: As an intern, I gained more insights into the

might start to refine my future goals. Exposure to different
projects and departments during the internship helped me
identify areas of interest and aligned my aspirations
accordingly.

During the last week of my internship, I learnt from my


various mistakes by reflecting on my experiences and
actively seeking feedback. I analyzed my past actions,
identified areas where I felt short or encountered
challenges, and understood the consequences of those
mistakes. By acknowledging these missteps, I developed
a deeper understanding of my strengths and weaknesses
and gained insights into my professional growth areas.

Embracing mistakes as valuable learning opportunities

Yes, she had guided me with her knowledge through out the internship project in all the
reviews and meetings.

How well were you able to accomplish the initial goals, tasks and new skills that were set
down in your learning contract? In what ways were you able to take a new direction or expand
beyond your contract? Why were some goals not accomplished adequately?
I accomplished the intial goals up to my expectations and got on field experience, i was able
to timely complete the tasks given to me by working hard and gained new skills and applied
the skills i already had. Some goals were not accomplished adequately due to the limited time
period of the internship.

In what areas did you most develop and improve?


I experienced significant growth and enhancement across various domains. My
communication skills saw substantial refinement, enabling me to articulate ideas more
effectively. I became adept at collaborating within diverse teams, fostering a collaborative
environment. Furthermore, I honed my problem-solving abilities by tackling real-world
challenges, fostering adaptability and innovative thinking. Through hands-on experience, I
gained a deeper understanding of industry practices and applied theoretical knowledge to
practical scenarios. This internship allowed me to mature professionally, enhancing my time
management and organizational skills while gaining valuable insights into the professional
world.

What has been the most significant accomplishment or satisfying moment of your
internship?
The most significant accomplishment was leading a cross-functional team to successfully
develop and launch a new software feature. I initiated the project by identifying a gap in our
existing product and proposed the idea to my supervisor. After gaining approval, I assembled a
team of designers, developers, and testers, each with different expertise.

What did you dislike about the internship?


Nothing, it was a good experience.

Reflecting on my internship experience, I believe there are some areas that could have been
enhanced to make the experience even more beneficial. These suggestions revolve around
fostering a more structured onboarding process, encouraging frequent and open
communication between interns and mentors, providing opportunities for skill-specific
workshops, allowing for cross-functional exposure, and conducting regular check-ins to track
progress and address any challenges..
