R2-M2-05 Project Management Plan (Part 2)

The plan outlines the tasks, durations, dependencies and schedules for assessing the physical properties of a composite made from abaca fibers and HDPE plastic including a network chart, table of estimated task durations and dependencies, Gantt chart showing critical tasks, and manpower assignment list distributing work among group members. No changes were made to the Gantt chart as there was no available slack time to adjust the start dates of any tasks.

GANTT CHART
Paste the Gantt chart screenshot from Excel or create your own table here. Remember to properly place tasks and use a different color
for the critical tasks AND indicate them using a legend. Use a ray with broken and solid lines depending on the duration to indicate
the slack time.

MODIFIED GANTT CHART

Same instructions; note that the MGC is the Gantt Chart with any task movement along the slack. If there are no movements (MGC is
same as previous), provide a short explanation why no tasks are moved.

1 Equitably distribute work among members. You can always assign “all”, but equitable distribution is recommended to ensure someone is in-charge of a task.
2 Note that these are now CALENDAR DATES instead of the day 0, day 1, etc. that was used in the computation from the network chart. You still need those
values (like task duration, primarily) to count days. Include weekends in counting days.
3 If the task is critical, highlight the entire row.
