    Guided company with minimal electronic systems and development to a cohesive Internet, extranet, phone cloud, and systems to operate and support $250 million in annual revenues. Streamlined all IT systems to centralize 5 total companies during 2 major corporate mergers. Led development of organizations core accounting, payroll, inventory, time keeping and personnel systems.     PIONEERING ACTUARIAL ENTERPRISES, INC. PRESIDENT 1990 1994 Cofounded a management company that specialized in the design, implementation, management, and actuarial certification of Defined Benefit pension plans for small to medium sized corporations.
    Wrote software that performed all calculations to insure compliance with all government regulations surrounding Defined Benefit plans. This allowed us to demonstrate actual benefit to owner and employees as variables were changed to meet their companies goals.
