PROJECT SITE
The Tarlac City Schools Division's Tibag High School is a public secondary school
located at Sitio Paroba 2, Brgy. Tibag, Tarlac City. This said institution had won numerous
honors for having excellent facilities for the teaching and learning processes. But, in Albert
Einstein's words, "There is nothing known as perfect." Talking about Tibag High School, the
classrooms are in good shape, and the solid waste management is also fine. However, one issue
is the management of the school's comfort rooms, which has a real impact on the students' ability
to concentrate while learning. This environmental campaign's primary goal is to suggest certain
steps and provide some needed equipment that could alter the way the comfort rooms are
managed.

To do this, we, the planners, shall ask the receiving school, stakeholders, in particular the
parents of the students, and barangay officials for support. To have a clear view of the
organizational structure and the flow, The chart is shown below.

The beneficiary of this project, Tibag High School’s students and personnel, will be the main focus of this
campaign or project proposal. As the principal, together with the heads and both the teaching and non-
teaching staffs of the school, they are responsible in communicating with the possible partners of this
project.
