    Position Overview: The role of a Mechanical Engineer Design is to create New Designs/ Models for
    cabinet drawings of UPS systems, Solar Systems and EV chargers, Battery Packs. The Mechanical
    Engineer needs to coordinate with the Marketing team to understand their requirements and convert
    their requirements into a product. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, project
    management skills, and a deep understanding of power electronics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of new and existing products.
    • Use SolidWorks 3D software to design, drawing, and documentation.
    • Review design documents and specifications and perform the required action under
    direction of design engineers to best support them.
    • Assist in the evaluation and troubleshooting of products testing.
    • Develop bill of materials, 2D Production drawing, and Assembly process, as needed.
    • Work with Inter disciplinary team for input for design and testing.
    • Assist in testing of product in lad and field. Troubleshoot product performance issues.
    • Specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their power requirements and design solutions
    accordingly.
    • Prepare technical specifications and documentation for our products.
    • Prepare technical compliance for the tenders & customer enquiries.
    • Work with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client needs.
    • Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing phases of power electronic systems.
    • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for various capacity of products.
    • Prepare Array layout, SLD and General Assembly drawings for rooftop solar power plants.
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma Electrical & Mechanical Engineering


    with 1-2 years of work experience in related field.

    • Should have knowledge and hands on working experience in CAD and Solid Works.

    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of power electronics or


    electrical engineering.

    • Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Isolation transformers, Voltage


    Stabilizers, EV chargers and Solar Systems related technologies.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
