• Opening The main gate when the Ambassador arrive and closing
immediately after his arrival

• Calling the Radio check with other sites guards every morning and Evening
during the shift changing time

• Escorting the visitors by Memo / their details who were visiting the
Ambassador

• Refuelling the all generators and changing it’s power when The city power
broke down

• Checking the all CCTV of the Guest house
