GENERAL RULES &

REGULATIONS
1. Pre-Registration is must. No On-Spot Registration is allowed.

2.Entry Fees Rs.150 Per Participant.

3.Lunch will be provided.

4.Both UG & PG students can participate.

5.Only 2 team per college is allowed.

6.One participant can participate in maximum of 2 events (One from Forenoon events and other from
Afternoon events).

7.One Staff should accompany with each team along with authorisation letter from the Principal.

8.The Team which participates in all events will gain Bonus Point.

9.Organisers has the right to disqualify any team for any unethical reason.

10.All participants must bring their college Id card.

11.The decision of Judges will be final and no appeal will be accepted.

12.Lot taken at the verification point will be your lot number for all the events.

13.Any change in the lot order while performing (or) missing the lot will gain negative mark.

14.Participants are requested to present before 8.00am at the venue on the event day.

15.Registration pass will be given to each participant during verification.

16. Participants must not lose their registration pass.

17.Participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum inside the campus.

19.Any misbehavior or rebellious act will lead to disqualification.

20.Technical issues and format compatibility for the audio files will be the sole responsibility of the
team.
EVENT RULES
1.Corporate Battle [Corporate Walk] -10.00am
➢ No of participants per team: 5 - 7.
➢ Duration: 8 minutes (including 3 minutes of interactive session).
➢ Audio must be submitted in pen drive only.
➢ Audio must not contain any lyrics.
➢ Judgement criteria: Theme, Walking, Attitude, Costume & Interactive skills.

2. Consumer Carousal [Product Launch]-10.00am


➢ No of participants per team: 2-4.
➢ Product will be given on the spot including budget limit.
➢ PPT should be prepared on the spot only.
➢ PPT preparation time: 1 hour.
➢ PPT should not exceed 10 slides.
➢ Explanation time should not exceed 5 minutes.
➢ PPT must be submitted in pen drive.
➢ Judgement criteria: Communication skills, Costume, Spontaneous Thinking, Budget
efficiency, Product knowledge and presentation skills.

3. Unveiled Vision [Mobile Photography]-10.00am

➢ No of participant: 1.
➢ Duration: 1 hour.
➢ Topic will be given on-spot.
➢ Pre-taken photo will not be accepted.
➢ Edited photo will lead to disqualification.
➢ Judgement criteria: Creativity, Quality, Theme & Angle positioning.

4. Laughter Riot [Standup Comedy]-10.00am


➢No of participant: 1.
➢Performance time should not exceed 2 minutes.
➢Your timer will be started once you are on the stage.
➢Should not use any offensive or discriminatory words during the performance.
➢Judgement criteria: Originality in comedy, Timing and Delivery of jokes, Spontaneous attitude
& Costume.

5. Bossy you [Best manager]-10.00am


➢ No of participants: 1.
➢ No of rounds – 4.
➢ Participants are expected to be in formal attire.
➢ Each participant should carry their own updated resume and stationery items.
➢Judgement criteria: Problem solving skills, Stress management, Attitude, Costume &
Presentation.

6. Brain thug [Quiz]-10.00am


➢ No of participants: 2.
➢ Participants should not use any electronic gadgets including smart watches and smart
phone.
➢ No of rounds-3.
➢ Participants should bring their own stationery items.
➢ Syllabus: General knowledge, Current affairs and General management.

7. Flameless Feast [Cooking without fire]-10.00am


➢ No of participants: 2.
➢ Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes.
➢ Participants must bring their own materials.
➢ Participants should not bring any pre-cooked items.
➢ Participants should bring their essentials.
➢ Participants should provide their ingredients bill.
➢ Should not use any electronic appliances.
➢ Participants must serve their dish to the judges.
➢ On spot hindrance will be given to the participants.
➢ Judgement criteria: Plating & Serving, Taste, Innovation, Cost effectiveness, Costume,
Cleaning & Hygiene.
8. Mystic Stains [Mehandi]-11.00am
➢ No of participants: 2.
➢ Duration: 45 minutes.
➢ Participants should bring their own materials.
➢ Judgement criteria: Creativity, Design, Clarity.

9. Film Wars [Short film]-10.30am


➢ No of participants: 3.
➢ Duration: 5 minutes.
➢ Theme: Social awareness in the view of youngsters.
➢ Film must be in 720p or 1080p quality and mp4 format.
➢ Film must be submitted in pen drive.
➢ Judgement criteria: Video, Audio Clarity, Content & Cinematography.

10. Visionary Choreo [Group dance]-2.00pm


➢ No of participants per team: 5-7.
➢ Duration: 5 minutes.
➢ Performance should have minimum 3 styles of variation.
➢ Participants should not use any flammable products.
➢ Your performance must carry a concept.
➢ Vulgarity in steps, songs & concept will be disqualified.
➢ Audio must be submitted in pen drive only.
➢ Note to participants: stage height 8 feet. So, properties must be used within 7 feet.
➢ Judgement criteria: Song selection, Costume, Attitude, Variation, Co-ordination & Movement.

11. Dumb show [Mime]-2.00pm


➢ No of participants: 4-5.
➢ Duration: 3 minutes.
➢ Theme: Modern day social problem.
➢ Audio must be submitted in pen drive only.
➢ No lip movement.
➢ Properties should not be used.
➢ Judgement criteria: Facial expressions, Makeup, Theme, Costume, Co-ordination & Gestures.
