    Supply and lay moisture barrier, a two component , high performance


    water-based epoxy moisture barrier coating, to withstand hydrostatic
    pressure up to 25 metre head of water, to apply 1 coat at 5m2/litre with
    75% RH . 92% and 2 coat at 5m2/litre with RH. 92% all in accordance
    to manufacturer's instruction to :-

    A To receive vinyl sheet m2 2,917 -

    Supply and lay self-levelling underlayment screed including primer all


    in accordance to manufacturer's instruction to :-

    B To receive vinyl sheet m2 2,917 -

    Supply and lay approved vinyl floor or other equivalent laid to floor
    with acrylic adhesive as described inclusive of heat welding rod all
    seams and joint in welding rod of matching / constrast in colour and
    described:-

    C To floor; heavy duty vinyl sheet (V1) m2 2,889 -

    D 150mm high skirting to wall complete with cove and capping strip m 1,966 -

    E To floor; anti-slip vinyl sheet (V3) m2 15 -

    F 150mm high skirting to wall complete with cove and capping strip m 18 -

    Prepare and apply vapour sealer followed by 50mm thick mineral foam
