accommodating special requests. Another benefit of using CLEANique Cleaning Services

is our accessibility to everyone at any time because we are open 24/7. With this, we can

aid our client's needs and wants in cleaning their spaces if they want it any time of the

day or night. Additionally, we don't just concentrate on cleaning homes but we are also

customers' demands in terms of relieving stress and burden associated with

keeping their space and environment clean. Also, the logo shows our staff with

the tools needed in providing the services that we’ll ensure to guarantee the

needs and contentment oI our clients.

Our business plan is to build an elevated market position in the next years

of operations. We anticipate being one of the most popular cleaning services in

the city and aspire to open additional branches around the Philippines.

business. Not only that, but according to what we've observed while conducting our

survey there, the majority of homeowners who reside in private subdivisions along

Buhangin, Cabantian, and Indangan Road are busy people. I believe that having our

business there is advantageous to the homeowners and residents because it would be

simple for them to contact a nearby cleaning service to assist them with their request in

cleaning their homes and spaces if they don't have time to do it on their own.

long run, we will be able to reach a larger target market as we extend our reach to Davao

We conducted a survey at Buhangin-Cabantian-Indangan rd, Davao City to find

out what the market preferred or referenced when availing cleaning services. We

surveyed 20 respondents composed of both males and females.

According to our survey, About 15% of the respondents have shown interest in

availing cleaning services by how available and convenient they are when they need

them.

Next, about 10% of the respondents chose to avail of a cleaning service based on

their prices. This basically shows that people are price-conscious when availing of

cleaning services since some of the cleaning businesses offer expensive services.
Next, about 10% also of the respondents have chosen to avail of cleaning services

based on the quality of the materials and equipment used by the cleaning service they

choose to avail.

Furthermore, about 15% of the respondents based their decision on availing of

cleaning services on the people’s feedback.

And Lastly, about 50% of the respondents based their reference in availing

cleaning services on the quality of the services that the business offers. This information

helps us to determine what and where should our business needs to excel and focus in

offering our services.
