I wanted to write this article for some time now. I am so glad that I took
out the time. At the end of this article you will not only be able to
understand your birth chart but also comprehend it to a large extent. Let’s
get right into it. I’ve posted a birth chart below, which I generated using
some random birth details.

AWAY 1. First, it has 12 sections. These sections are called houses, and the
house marked in orange is the first house represented by the symbol H1.
2. Do you see the number “7” in the first house that is the 7th zodiac
sign, which is Libra. Since it is the sign in the first house, it also called the
rising sign or the ascendant.
3. Do you see how signs are arranged? Once Libra (7) is placed in the 1st
house then the next sign (8) goes into the second house in the counter-
clockwise direction. And the same for the next sign and so on – I hope

Now the placement of planets is pretty straight-forward. You can see that

The 1st house basically sets the tone for the entire birth chart. It
