Emotional Intelligence

The document discusses how the four primary emotions of shame, grief, fear, and anger can be transmuted into joy. It states that each person leans more toward one of these emotions due to their temperament. It encourages understanding and empathizing with all four emotions evenly. It references the characters in The Wizard of Oz as archetypes who transmute their primary emotions - Dorothy stabilizes, the Tin Man unifies, the Scarecrow clarifies, and the Lion activates. It provides a chart mapping the primary emotions to secondary emotions and archetypes. It includes an exercise to identify one's primary emotion, how to answer the associated question, and how to transmute the emotion with a partner.

You’re Energy in Motion

Which of the big 4 emotions do you lean toward, Shame, Grief, Fear &/or Anger. The temperaments amplify certain
emotions to suppress other emotions. The aim is to know yourself in the fullest sense by connecting and empathizing
with all 4 emotions evenly. The big 4 must be experienced, harnessed and transmuted from lead into gold; Joy depends
on this process. The wizard of Oz characters transmute these emotions to find joy by uniting together; Dorothy
(Stabilizer), Tin Man (Unifier), Scarecrow (Clarifier) & Lion (Activator).
