CLOSING PROGRAM SCRIPT
EMCEE 1: Educators and Instructional Leaders! We have come now to the end of this 3-day training. I am certain that everyone is satisfied with the learnings they gained from this training. To our lovely and ever supportive Public Schools District Supervisor Ma’am Angelica C. San Jose and to our lively and knowledgeable resource speakers, participants. Good afternoon! EMCEE 2: An American author named Lyman Frank Baum once said, “No thief, however skillful, can rob one of knowledge, and that is why knowledge is the best and safest treasure to acquire.” It is teachers and educators who will have the most profound impact on the lives of our children. Teachers and educators must set good examples to children of all ages. It is you who have embarked on this noble, sometimes tiresome, but always rewarding venture of sensitizing our children and instilling in them the value of having an open mind that learning will benefit many, of critical thinking, of tolerance, diversity, and inclusion. It is us teachers who inspire them to learn, acquire skills and giving emphasis on the practical once just like what we have learned from this training. EMCEE 1: May I invite everyone to please stand for a prayer and remain standing for the Philippine National Anthem and to be followed by the singing of the DepEd Hymn. EMCEE 2: Teachers, please be seated. At this juncture, to deliver the opening remarks, we are pleased to have, Ma’am Eleanor B. Favila, Teacher III of Anilawan Elem. School. EMCEE 1: Thank you Ma’am Eleanor. EMCEE 2: Now, let me call in Ma’am Sarah Jane L. Dagaraga, Teacher III of Salvacion Central School to share to us her impression for this 3-day skill enhancement training. EMCEE 1: That was full of insight. Thank you, Ma’am! EMCEE 1: I am pleased to have in front our hardworking Public Schools District Supervisor Ma’am Angelica C. San Jose to give a message and words of challenge. EMCEE 2: Thank you Ma’am Angie! EMCEE 1: To accept the words of challenge let me call Ma’am Charlene R. Alas-as, Teacher III of Maoyon Elem. School EMCEE 2: Thank you Ma’am Cha! EMCEE 1: The most anticipated part during a training has finally come, which is the distribution of certificates of recognition to the Technical Working Committees, followed by participants. To be assisted by Sir Jay Maravilla, Teacher-In-Charge of Ubaldo Conde HS. EMCEE 2: Let me read first the content of the certificates. EMCEE 1: I am pleased to have in front the hardworking head of Technical Working Committees of this 3-day training Ma’am Ruth A. Valderama, Teacher III of Marcelino A. Javarez NHS. EMCEE 2: Thank you Ma’am Ruth! I would like to share to a quote from Abigail Adams the wife of the late President of the United States of America John Adams, she said “LEARNING IS NOT ATTAINED BY CHANCE, IT MUST BE SOUGHT FOR WITH ADRDOR AND ATTENDED TO WITH DILIGENCE.” It means the talent and luck might happen to you by chance, but learning is a skill and practice that anyone can accomplish with diligence. EMCEE 1: Thank you my fellow educators. I hope this 3-day training we will bring with us the knowledge and skills we gained. To our students and prove to them that this world is better place to live in if we only apply our learnings in a good way. This has been your master of ceremony, ANAXAMINES M. DAGANTA! Saying good afternoon and God bless us all.
