SCENARIO
PECHA KUCHA PRESENTATION

Pecha Kucha presentation format was created by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham. It is a
simple presentation format where presenter will display 20 images and each image is timed
for 20 seconds. The images are advanced automatically, and presenter are required to
speak along with the images.

The idea of Pecha Kucha is to encourage the presenter to speak concisely, precisely, and
clearly. Pecha Kucha works well when the speech is not lengthy and technical.

TASK
The presentation should include the following requirements:

i. This is an individual task.


ii. This speech should be 6 minutes 30 seconds in length.
iii. Prepare an outline and full speech featuring five (5) paragraphs.
iv. You need to use the visual aid during the presentation.
v. The presentation will be conducted offline.

1. How to prepare a Pecha Kucha presentation?


a. Create 20 slides that include large and striking images.
(Introduction: 3 slides, Body: 15 slides and Conclusion: 2 slides)
b. You may write your outline in the note pane of each slide, so that you know what you’ll
say for each slide.
c. Set the slides to advance automatically after 20 seconds. Choose View> Slide sorter and
select all the slides. (Click the first one, press and hold Shift and click the last one)
d. Practice until you can deliver the presentation within the allotted time.
e. The only acceptable mode of presentation is speaking extemporaneously.

After i have capital i would like to open a cafe. Before i open a new cafe,
I would find a a best location for the cafe and I’ll make a research before
